‘’Creating a business and civic landmark’’

With the Terminal, we aim to achieve a building type model with flexibility and adaptability with an intent to ensure that the final result would harmonize with the surroundings. The main objectives of the proposal are integration with urban environment, green and sustainable design and adaptation to growing needs of the city.

This building was conceptualized as a flowing fabric which symbolizes flexibility and resilience and weaves together the client’s vivid nature with their individuality. An interplay of the body with function and aesthetics is translated in its urban fabric. It seems like the building turns and straightens at the upper part of the volume as though to make mark of its own.

The Terminal is a proposed green building focused on sustainable architecture including features that make use of natural sunlight, reduces waste production and is eco-friendly which reduces carbon foot print and also improves indoor air quality. At each level natural light is used which adds a variety of depth illuminating the façade. During day time, the glass façade will act like an attraction to its surroundings, allowing the building to interact with the public.

With a built-up area of 2,43,000 sq. ft including a 24x7 cafeteria, office spaces ranging from single to seven tenants, recreational areas and roof top activities, this building projects itself as a new landmark in commercial sector.
