A people centred workplace which promotes occupants wellbeing, Marketing Office for Ambience Courtyard apartments is enhancing the office experience for its users. Built for board meetings, project managers and customers, this space will soon become an inspiration for upcoming commercial design.Our brief was to create a building which showcases the client’s capability and the culture of their business. We designed this office as an activity based space with carefully laid out working spaces, conference room, manager cabins and lobby area which is convenient for the user. Natural sunlight is brought in with a central atrium which reduces reliance on artificial lights and mechanical ventilation.

To inculcate their construction background, the ceiling is covered with Aluminium channels which run across the whole lobby space and the adjacent wall. The central lobby with a reception area is backed by a gabion wall symbolising their strength. An elevated industrial feel with beige color tones and custom made furniture is given. Dense planting with natural contours form informal spaces and seamlessly integrates the indoor lobby and working spaces to the outdoors.
