As an Intrepid designer a new typology was derived for the entire campus spread across 35 Acres, which eventually called for conscientious design discussions with the clients and various consultants. This project situated at the Shadnagar (Industrial Zone of Greater Hyderabad) was planned, executed and was made operational within eight months of a short span. Amending to the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Permission authority, all the Safety and Security measures were taken to give all the factory workers a healthy and hazard free work environment for their welfare being.

Apart from the Architectural design development; we also undertook the corporate brand identity management for this four-decade-old cotton Industries spread across the entire south India. In order to, ascertain a brand value of Indian Cotton Industries at the recently held ‘Discover Natural Fibers Convention -09’ in South Africa.

Recognition the campus has achieved since the time it became operational are:

• a) Listed as one of the quality suppliers of cotton in India by the AQSIQ, Republic of China.
• b) Recognized as an Export House by the Govt. of India, earning valuable foreign Exchange for the country.
• c) Awarded as a remarkable and modern ginning and pressing unit in the country by CIRCOT, India.
