ANOTHER SKY is an effort to create a new age evolved community, offering elegantly designed 3 and 4 bedroom lifestyle apartments. The project comprises of 117 apartments that are well spaced over 3 towers which have been placed in a staggered fashion to have openings in all 4 directions, giving user ~360° view of the city from their apartment. Units are oriented along true N-S direction and have balconies in east & west side giving alluring sunrise and sunset views. It has 2 levels of basement (240 car parking), clubhouse and sky lounge on top. Design enables user to choose from simplex(with and without home office), duplex or penthouse.

Design focuses on filling the gap developed in the living style of Bangalorians where all of these 117 Vastu-compliant apartments has expansive living & dining space which further extends to open/close kitchen, spacious bedrooms with personal dressing and attached toilet, home-office as optional , extended wet-kitchen cum utility and separate maid’s room with toilet. Larger sized sit-outs which functions as “Extension of Living Spaces” have been provided compared to typical balconies in an apartment. Large openings through French doors opens interior to the outside nature and brings in natural light and fresh air to the living area. Sustainable practices have been adopted by the use of Terrace gardens, GFRC Jalis, Porotherm blocks, and Vertical landscape on sit-out walls.

The project emerged as the winner of Business Excellence & Research Group competition, Singapore (BERG-2015) under Apartment Complex category. Project also won Terrace-Alive Design Competition-2015, organized by Indian Architects and Builder for the Sky Lounge design
