Situated in the natural rocky terrain of Hyderabad, this site provides multiple entry-exit points at different levels with frontage on either sides. The design approach was followed by incorporating the level difference at site and being context specific. The site offers a level difference of 8m providing various design opportunities. After following bye laws and applying required setbacks, 3BHK and 4BHK units are planned around a courtyard for ventilation and vantage points. A part of the basement is zoned to accommodate recreational spaces and club- house with the intention to provide maximum residential area.

For facade treatment, projected balconies are connected with double walls created by grooves and form vertical and horizontal patterns while creating double height balconies.
