The brand value for L & T is unmatched in the construction industry. The client expected us to maintain the same brand value and in fact add more to it through interiors. There is use of lines and grid-like planning which is balanced by soft materials and bright colors.

Form and function is important in any design, thus spaces like reception, cafeteria, workstation and private cabins were placed in a manner which avoids interruption in movement and work.

Entering the office space, the customer is greeted with tones of yellow and white where natural light pours in. While the guests are restricted till that area, employees further walk into a simple and calm work environment. An open ceiling layout is followed throughout, covering only cable trays in some places.

We were inspired by the colors in the brand logo, mainly yellow, which set our base for the interior design. Grey textured ceiling, yellow and white wall panels form playful interiors. Most distinguished space is the cafeteria with funky and lively interiors providing a relaxing space for the employees.
