Situated in a high rise building on 40th floor, the apartment provides view to vista of the city.

The design was centered around minimalism which was attained by using a neutral palette. The focal point in the house is the water cascade and vertical green wall in living area which is visible from the bar area and dining space.

The city view is accentuated by designing the balcony with lush green landscaping and seating space connected with large glass sliding doors.

Though the materials used are simple and of varied textures, the quality of light is modulated to highlight each material's richness.
