This residential tower in the heart of the city, is set to become a landmark in the city of Hyderabad. Spread across a massive 4 acres of land, this 33 floor structure is the highest building in the area. With the evergreen view of the beautiful Hussain Sagar, Twin Towers are bound to infuse in the urban fabric.

The modernisation of the facade is rendered by the use of glass and louvers, rightly symbolising the lake and almost mirroring its effect at an altitude. The multi-functionality aspect, compact use of space and ample landscape has modeled this building into a brave experimental abode.

In an attempt to make the structure more innovative and sustainable, climatic conditions have been acutely considered. Two high rise blocks, rightly named - twin towers have a set-back in between, allowing for passage of air and more light. The public space, which is often neglected in modern apartments, has been carefully designed to improve social gatherings and moreover is sensitive to modernism.
