The design takes into consideration and uses to its advantage the orientation of the plot as well as the terrain formations, allowing the residence to fully welcome the sunlight. Geometric lines and contemporary design principles deliver a dynamic building and its landscape in turn inspired by the building. This symbolises the client's zeal to grow in all realms.

The orientation of the site allows natural light and creates privacy by default. Combination of white and grey colors along with play of geometry creates a character which is unmatched. The clean concrete walls which extends to the boundary of the site which definitely is a new landmark of the area.
