Proposed in the new state of Andhra Pradesh, Unique Hotel is an embodiment of culture mixed with modern architecture. This hotel was designed with a will to integrate itself with the surrounding architecture in a sustainable manner and become part of a larger hospitality section.

With a built-up area of more than 1 lacs sq ft, this hotel consists of 117 rooms, banquet hall, cafes, restaurants and other recreational spaces like spa, gym surrounded by lush green areas. The building is constructed with a courtyard type architecture where the rooms surround the open areas on either sides. The facade is defined by metal framework and vertical garden providing shade from sun and a dynamic character to the fascia. To promote vernacular architecture, local materials like stone are used for elevation treatment which gives a traditional look and merges with the massing of the structure. The project is an attempt to imbibe an experience of traditions with social and cultural aspects of our history.
