He holds over 35 years of experience wherein he has successfully supervised and completed multiple projects in the range of residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality. He has worked closely with hospitality groups like Marriott, Westin, Oberoi, Hyatt, St. Regis (erstwhile Shangri-La) and Welcome Group by ITC and many others in capacity of senior management holding the responsibility throughout the process of preconstruction to post-construction. Apart from hospitality, he has also overseen the construction of Institutional project like ISB Hyderabad and Mindspace Hyderabad. Having worked with internationally renowned PMC such as W.S. Atkins and Bovis Land Lease, he has set a high benchmark with his work ethics and keeps raising the bar by adding on to his skill sets, and now inculcates this at Designhaaus & JYO .
